Several different membership packages that will assist you financially.
We offer a variety of membership plans along with multiple payment options to best accommodate different requirements of our members. Each plan includes a one-time, transferrable, inheritable lifetime Family Membership fee and annual dues.
The one-time fee for the lifetime Family Membership is your investment in our organization. This is an asset that you have purchased. This asset is transferrable should you decide that you are no longer able to utilize our farms. We hope you pass this along to our next generation of sportsman. There is a small fee charged to the buyer/recipient if you transfer your membership (typically $100).
Annual dues are paid for the leasing of the land, administration overhead, operating costs, and insurance. We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly rates. Discounted rates are given if dues are paid quarterly and the best rate is given if paid annually. The costs are listed under each plan below.
Occasionally, a member might be unemployed, have health issues, work requirements, etc. that will make it impossible for him/her to utilize the club benefits in a given year. We have an "Inactive" status where our members can go dormant for an upcoming year and still remain in the club. The "Inactive" status relieves the member of annual dues for a small fee (typically $60).

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP:
Our "Regular Membership" is the traditional style of membership which allows the member free use ofall land and free use of most land by family dependents (on Fee Land only). This along with our "Loyalty Plan" is the most common membership plan.
Members pay a one-time Family Membership Fee of $1,070.00.
Annual dues are $97 per month, $275 per quarter, or $995 paid in full.
GROUP MEMBERSHIP:
Our "Group Membership" is designed as an incentive for three or more people/families to join our club simultaneously in order to reduce their initial investment. Each member is invoiced separately and all features of membership are the same as "Regular Membership" except the one-time Family Membership Fee is reduced to $795.00 per member/family.
Annual dues are $97 per month, $275 per quarter, or $995 paid in full.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP:
Our "Corporate Membership" is designed for businesses or groups who wish to enter a "share" plan. This plan allows multiple users from an organization to share membership on a floating basis and mitigate costs. Each "qualified" person of the group is entitled to make a reservation. In order to be considered "qualified" the individual must submit a photo and application prior to approval. Every qualified individual will receive their photo ID card, vehicle ID tag, map book, and rules. All costs will be billed to the business or one person (group leader). Privileges (at the below price schedule) may only be used by a maximum of 3 eligible members per day. Additional access can be added for additional costs.
Business/Group Leader pays a one-time Corporate Membership Fee of $2,025.00.
Annual dues are $2,700.00. Sorry no financing available for this plan.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP:
Our "Associate Membership" is ideal for non-residents expecting to make little use of club land. The member pays the one-time Family Membership Fee along with daily fees in lieu of annual dues. The membership requires a minimum of 1 day to be paid every year to keep the membership active. The 1 day annual minimum is due when membership is purchased and again each year thereafter on the anniversary date. Not available in all areas. All guests subject to same daily use fee. This membership is only available for first time members. This membership can be upgraded at any time to a "Regular Membership" by paying one year of dues for regular membership less credit for any unused, unexpired daily fees paid. Once upgraded to a "Regular Membership" there is no option to revert back to the "Associate Membership". Loyalty Plan upgrade is not available for "Associate Member".
Members pay a one-time Family Membership Fee of $1,070.00.
Minimum annual costs are $99.00 per year.
Daily fees are $99.00 per person, per day including member, guests, and dependents.
FISHING/CAMPING ONLY:
Our “Fishing/Camping Only” Membership is for fishermen, hikers, dog trainers, campers, etc. who have no interest in the hunting portion of our club, however are able to utilize our private properties for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature.
Members pay a one-time Family Membership Fee of $1,070.00.
Annual dues are $60 per month, $150 per quarter, or $500 paid in full.
FLOATING GUEST PASS:
This pass is $495 per year and can only be purchased by "Regular" and "Group" club members (limit 2). Each floating guest membership allows 1 guest per day. There is no annual limit per guest, nor a limit on number of guests per year. There are no guest fees for use of "Free land", however, daily fees apply on "Fee land" where applicable. Essentially, this pass transfers rights of a dependent to unrelated guests. Applicable to all members and guests, modest daily fees (typically $50) also apply when using an affiliate club's property in another state.
Active members are permitted to take an unlimited number of their dependents (spouses and dependent children) an unlimited number of days, provided that dependents are always accompanied by a club member.
We offer incentives for our members to help North America Outdoors grow and improve as an organization. These incentives are not mandatory and are purely the option of the member to pursue if they elect to do so. Our incentives typically revolve around land leasing acquisitions and new club members. We are always looking for new, qualified members. The more members we have, the more properties we're able to lease and therefore, the more options our members have when selecting a property to visit.
